MEN’S RETREAT: JAN 16-18, 2009
The men of SSBC are gathering at camp Brookwoods in NH for a retreat. The event is open to any men out of high school who attend SSBC. Pastor Jeramie will be leading us in a focus on the life of David. There will be plenty of time to get to know one another, have fun, and eat. The event will begin Friday night, Jan 16th and be finished by noon on Sunday the 18th. Cost is $110. Please contact George Veth (617-797-1601) or the church office for more information.
ONE-TO-ONE DISCIPLESHIP
Aim high and push hard! The Christian life is full of exciting action if we press on to grasp and absorb all God wants us to be and do! Find a guy who’ll help, or take the next step and start helping someone else. None of us is there yet, but with God’s Spirit we’ll clear the next hurdle together.

FATHER/SON CANOE TRIP
Father’s Day weekend we head to New Hampshire for a camp-out, cookout and a float down a scenic river. Saturday night’s campfire features a message about knowing Jesus. If you are a father, a son (or both!) we would love to have you along for the ride! Keep an eye out for more information as we get closer to Father’s Day.
