Sunday Childcare & Children’s Church

Sunday School | 9:45 am – 10:45 am. | September – Jun

Sunday School is open to children ages 3 years through 5th grade. Room Directories are located at the top and bottom of the educational wing stairway.

Children’s Choir, open to 1st - 4th grade students, rehearses on Sunday mornings during the 8:30 am service under the co-direction of Tammy Gough and Jennifer Weimann.

Preschool Classes:  Young children will learn about God’s loving character and the Bible in a playful yet educational manner.

Kindergarten – 5th Grade:  Grade school children are taught to grow and love God, and discover what it means to serve in His Kingdom. They also develop skills of Bible study and the joys of Christ-centered living

Sunday Morning Children’s Childcare (Age as of September 1):  Infants to Walkers (Room 15) Walkers to Two-Year-Olds (Room 14) Two-Year-Olds (Room 13) Three-Year-Olds (Room 12) Four-Year-Olds (Room 11).

South Shore Baptist Church Childcare Co-op:  Parents are asked to assist with childcare at SSBC. You will meet other families with young children, and will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are a special part of our church community and your child’s first church experience. There are places to serve in the nursery wing during all morning services.*For the safety of our workers and children all our volunteers are CORI Checked (criminal back ground )
